WebCaustic soda pH at 9.5. Hi - chugging away on an extraction tek and have added 100g of caustic soda to 200ml UV-filtered water slowly. The pH is around 9.5 (using a digital pH meter). I tried adding a bit more caustic soda into the mix (no more water) but it hasn't increased. I'm reluctant to add to my tea in case it stuffs things up.
