WebStorm earth and fire conduit from 200 to 252 will increase my damage by 14% during burst window. For my boomy it will increase my convoke damage by 11% more. For my fort brew the 200 ilvl gives me a 14% hp shield. 252 gives me a 22% hp shield. I think these are pretty significant esp if you have all of them. Stygia upgrades is the only way for me to get my BiS conduit at an ilvl higher than 200, so I've upgraded my conduits with Stygia after getting all but one of the raid conduits to drop at 213 from hc CN.
