Giving my 2 week notice
WebDue to the fact I’m still in my probation period I provided 1 week notice. Boss claims I have to give 2 weeks as per my employment contract but my understanding is those conditions only apply after completing a probation period. The industry award says only 1 week is required if employed for less than 1 year.
