WebCreate a gcode file that pauses at layer (as you have already). After the pause, turn off of your printer and wait 5 or so seconds. Turn it back on. Preheat to keep your nozzle and bed temp up. Change your filament (you should be able to use the filament out/in functions). Go back to the Print menu and find/select your print.
